Allen’s Ridge is a beautiful neighborhood located in northern Pinellas County right off Tampa Road. It’s a quick drive to the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful award winning beaches of Honeymoon and Caladesi Island State Parks.
The community is a Deed Restricted neighborhood with reasonable home owners fees enabling residents to maintain their investment and property value. The entrances are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The concrete block homes on average are about 2000 square feet with many featuring in-ground swimming pools. These newer contemporary style homes were built in the late 80s through the mid 90s and continue to be as attractive as the day they were built.
Allen’s Ridge is in one of the best schools zones in Pinellas County. School aged children will enjoy riding their bikes to nearby Palm Harbor Middle School. Palm Harbor University High school is also close by, being about a mile away.
Residents can enjoy the advantages of a major metropolitan area while living in an attractive suburban setting. In contrast to much of coastal Florida, the elevation in Allen’s Ridge is close to 60 feet above sea level making the neighborhood high and dry.
Palm Harbor offers some of the best amenities in Pinellas County such as golfing at The Westin Innisbrook Resort, shopping at the Countryside Mall, and more than 65 nearby restaurants for your dining pleasure. For your traveling needs, the Tampa International Airport is less than 20 miles away.
